DURATION
Muskoka Furniture will conduct a number of contest prize giveaways during the course of the year at their own discretion. The duration of each contest giveaway may range from 4 weeks to 12 weeks depending upon the value of the prize.
PRIZES
For each contest period, Muskoka Furniture will give away a prize as described at the top of this page.
Please note that prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be converted into cash.
HOW TO ENTER
No purchase, expenditure or investment is necessary. To be eligible, complete the on-line entry form at www.muskokafurniture.net/contest.htm, or complete a ballot at the Muskoka Furniture showroom located at 195 Wellington Street in Bracebridge, Ontario, Canada.
Incomplete on-line forms or in-store ballots may prevent entry processing. Each participant is allowed one entry per household in any contest period. In entering this contest the entrant acknowledges that he or she has read, understood and will abide by these contest rules and regulations.
The entrant further agrees that neither Muskoka Furniture, its employees or affiliates will be responsible for any failure, damage, or injury resulting from use of the awarded prize.
WHO CAN ENTER
The contest is open to any person who has reached the Age of Majority. The contest is not open to Quebec residents in Canada or Florida residents in the United States. The contest also is not open to employees of Muskoka Furniture, its affiliates, sponsors, partners, officers and directors or their advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate family members.
ODDS OF WINNING
Chances of winning depend on the number of entries. Muskoka Furniture is unaware of how many entrants there may be. The winner also may be from any geographic area in or outside of Ontario, as long as the entrant was otherwise qualified to enter this contest.
COLLECTING YOUR PRIZE
The winner will be drawn at random at the end of each contest period at the Muskoka Furniture showroom. The winner will be contacted at the daytime telephone number shown on the on-line entry form or in-store ballot.
If the selected entrant cannot be contacted and does not return a message within 72 hours, or the selected entrant declines the prize, the selected entrant will no longer be eligible to win a prize and another entrant will be selected.
The winner is responsible for collecting their prize at the Muskoka Furniture store location listed above within two weeks of notification.
PRIVACY POLICY
By participating in this contest, the entrant grants Muskoka Furniture and its affiliates the right to use his or her name and contact information for future targeted communications through on-line and postal newsletters, flyers and other promotional materials. Muskoka Furniture collects personal information for marketing purposes only to provide the community with better services and products related to general statistics of user demographic and psychographic information collected. Name and contact information WILL NOT be sold or shared with any third party.
By accepting a prize, the entrant grants the right to Muskoka Furniture to use their name and/or photograph, without compensation, in any future publicity or advertising carried out by Muskoka Furniture.
CONDITIONS
The winning entrant agrees to release Muskoka Furniture, the Contest sponsor(s) and Prize sponsor(s), as well as its directors, employees, officers and agents, including without limitation its advertising and promotional agencies and Her Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario, from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize, including any travel related thereto before being declared the winner.
Muskoka Furniture reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the contest or to amend or modify the official rules at any time without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever. This contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial, and Municipal laws and regulations.
